HUGE fan of sous vide..consistent, easy, delish results without much intervention..truly boss.

Hated the stick - even the wifi/bluetooth version wouldn't properly notify when it stopped working..not safe if you plan to set and forget.

A Boss option? A multicooker that does sous vide, slow cooking, pressure cooking and other various jobs.

This upgrade does all of that, plus has 2 new features that finally make it really useful - a stainless steel inner pot (instead of the nonstick) that you can sear in, and a glass top to use for low-pressure cooking.

Happy to replace the crockpot, pressure cooker and sous vide stick with just one thing. There will now be way more sous vide posts.

Definitely not mad at a boiling bag cooking method if it has hella good results.
