Cook Like A Boss®️ In Detroit

This is serious.

The food we have commercially available to us is highly compromised by bigbiz corporate greed.

The chemical processing, agribusiness procedures and "taste good" additives have a huge impact on our health.

Pesticides used on mega farms cause cancer over time as you eat the food grown on those farms.

High fructose corn syrup and processed sugar wreak havoc with the pancreas and are underneath most Type 2 diabetes, particularly in early childhood.

Animals that are given growth hormones and antibiotics routinely, and fed with food made with ground bones of sick animals instead of what nature intended for them to eat make us weak with inflammation, higher cholesterol, high blood pressure, digestive cancers and so much more..even our mental health is affected over time by diets heavy in processed and fast foods.

One aim of COOK LIKE A BOSS℠ is to give you a way to escape this shady situation by cooking good food at home from clean sources - learning the way to make the best meals, and to do it by saving time (and $ - surprise!)...that would be cooking like a true kitchen boss.

Winfrey is the CEO, owner and founder of Cook Like a Boss®️, an online resource, retail store, cooking school and culinary-history brand that blends the stories of Detroit and the Southern Migration into one. Winfrey grew up in a family of amateur chefs, whose mastery of the art and science of cooking, Southern comfort food and international cuisines got her so interested in food that she bought her first set of play-style Revere Ware copper-bottom pots and pans when she was six years old.
